How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
the difference is how slowly we are moving the weights in each exercise. The key element is that each exercise must be perform with slow precise repetition in perfect form and proper breathing techniques, and with a weight heavy enough to take the muscle being worked to total fatigue in a just a few repetition. No a jerking and high-force motion.
